The most commonly asked question we get is 'where are the instructions'? We don't print the instructions as, believe it or not it could add upto 50% to the price of our kits. We are committed to keeping out models as affordable as possible so we make them available online. A lot of our models now come with a QR code either on a unit card in with the model or at the top of the welcome letter in a starter box or monthly conscription. If you cannot find a QR code or are not sure how to use it. Don't panic! We have outlined below how to join our website and get access to the instructions that way.

Sign Up
If you are not already a member, click on the 'login' icon to setup your account. It's totally free!

Profile
Once you have registered, just click the dropdown arrow next to your picture and select 'Profile'

Files + Library
Click on files. This is where all of your instructions for all purchases will live. If what you are looking for is not in your files, click go to library and you will be able to see the files for all instructions.

Ask for Permission
Just find the file you are looking for and click on it. If it says you need to request permission just click to confirm and you will receive an email as soon as you have been granted access
